Tavascan

Tavascan is a small ski resort is in the county of Pallars Sobirà. It offers 5 km of Alpine ski slopes and 12 km of slopes earmarked for Nordic skiing. The resort also has different mountain skiing routes and was the first resort in Spain to offer inclusive ski circuits with specially designed, signposted routes for people with sensory and physical impairments.

Tavascan is a family-friendly resort located right in the centre of the Alt Pirineu Natural Park where you can enjoy skiing peacefully in a breathtaking setting high up in the mountains. The Tavascan valley also offers a great choice of cultural tours of its villages and even its hydroelectric power station.

  • Guided snowshoe excursions.
  • Excursions on a snow-levelling machine: scenic and educational routes to areas of the resort with spectacular views of the natural scenery.
  • Mountain ski clinics and guided ski excursions.
  • Rescue field: area where you can take part in practice sessions to rescue avalanche victims.
