Barcelona shows itself to the world as a reference in the defense of the rights and freedoms of LGTBI groups, the fight against LGTBI-phobia and in the promotion of sexual and gender diversity, and it does so through L'Orgullosa. This celebration, with a month-long program, proposes activities, workshops and artistic proposals that will go through the streets of the city's districts to make this celebration enjoyed by all citizens. A meeting point to celebrate and vindicate the diversity, love and pride of the LGTBIQ + community.Renée Jacobs Partisan of the Lesbian Movement
After being censored in the gallery where she was initially going to exhibit for being considered a "partisan of the lesbian movement", the photographer Renée Jacobs is exhibiting her collection of photographs at the Erotic Museum with precisely that title. The show, which was going to be called SeeingWOMEN, explicitly shows us how women are in possession of their own desire, leaving aside the objectification of the dominant male gaze. Double prize-winner of the prestigious International Photography Award for Fine Art Nude, Renée Jacobs is an American photographer whose goal is "to give the women I photograph the space to explore their fantasies."
