  Grec Festival de Barcelona

  The Grec, Barcelona's keenly anticipated annual festival of music, dance, circus and theater is about to begin. It is a festival that now forms part of the city's cultural landscape and connects fully with its artistic life. This year more than ever the Teatre Grec, which gives its name to the festival, is at the epicenter, but you will be able to see related events at a multitude of venues across Barcelona.
  
  This year's Grec de Barcelona Festival is a celebration of local talent, with artists it has helped to grow and who now represent Barcelona around the world. At the same time, it pays tribute to world masters of the performing arts.

  La Mercè 2024

  Barcelona is once again celebrating its grand festival, in honor of its patron saint. A program full of different activities is planned for all the public, with music, dance, circus and street arts. And not forgetting the giants, dragons, fire beasts, human towers and sardana groups.
  
  La Mercè is also a festival of street arts with the MAC festival, Mercè Arts de Carrer. This is a festival which has become a showcase of new creations, and the meeting place for many artists, both from the city and overseas. The BAM Festival, Barcelona Acció Musical, will fill the streets with today's popular rhythms and concerts.
  
  La Mercè will end, as always, with the traditional fireworks and music display. an explosion of light and sound, which has become one of the most expected and acclaimed events for the people of Barcelona and its visitors.

  Berdache Gender Art Festival

  Berdache Festival, a festival of visual and performing arts that presents gender and identity as the single and main concept. At the Berdache Gender Art Festival, art is defined within this social phenomenon that involves the discussion of gender identity to give visibility to minorities and, above all, to overthrow prejudices. We will be able to contemplate works and performances by local, national and international artists that will help us to reflect and give us new points of view.

  Euripides' Iphigenia Teatre Lliure

  The character of Iphigenia, daughter of Agamemnon and Clytemnestra, takes center stage in this play based on two works by Euripides, revived by Alícia Gorina with a humanist, critical and ironic perspective. Through the story of this virgin who is to be sacrificed for the common good, Gorina presents a profound reflection on the multifaceted character of a fascinating character.

  Regata Cultural

  The Louis Vuitton 37ª America's Cup is the city's greatest sporting event of 2024. To mark the occasion, several local organizations, institutions, and facilities are organizing a Cultural Regatta. In the months before, during, and after the America's Cup, the city will be filled with cultural, artistic, culinary, scientific, and leisure activities open to both residents and visitors. These will include talks, exhibitions, art installations, shows, family activities, and much more at different venues around the city. In addition, the Port Olímpic, the venue for the America's Cup, will be reborn as a new urban space to host some of the activities.

  The Peeping Tom company returns to the TNC (the National Theatre of Catalonia) with another project that will immerse the audience in their dark, dreamlike universe. The coordinates of the title refer to a remote place in the Arctic ice called Deception Island, where a ship becomes stranded. There, the crew must survive by navigating their way through nature in harsh conditions.

  The life and musical career of singer Edith Piaf is the focus of this show starring Nathalie Lermitte. This 90-minute show featuring the unforgettable songs of the French diva, with an original set design and unseen projections, now comes to Barcelona after being performed in more than 50 countries.
