L'Auditori de Barcelona presents a program full of contrasts and emotions, conducted by Ludovic Morlot. The Orquesta Sinfónica de Barcelona y Nacional de Cataluña (OBC) will begin the evening with a performance of Maurice Ravel's La valse, a piece that oscillates between dance and chaos. This will be followed by the national premiere of Meduse. Elle est belle et elle rit, by the composer Lisa Streich, a brilliant work commissioned by L'Auditori. The concert will culminate with the majestic Symphony No. 5 by Jean Sibelius, which reflects the magnitude and beauty of Nordic nature.
