Barcelona will be the epicentre of women's cycling on 4 May 2025, hosting the official start of the Vuelta Femenina. The first stage will be an 8.1 km team time trial starting and finishing at La Pedrera on Passeig de Gràcia. This event marks a new chapter in the city’s cycling history, having already hosted the men’s Vuelta and set to welcome the Grand Départ of the Tour de France in 2026.
