The Art Nou festival returns to Barcelona and L’Hospitalet from 26 June to 3 September, consolidating its role as a key platform for emerging art. Organised by Art Barcelona, the event offers young national and international artists the chance to establish their first professional connections with the art market, galleries, and specialised institutions.
In its 13th edition, Art Nou presents 29 solo exhibitions by 46 artists under the age of 35, hosted across 22 galleries, 8 independent spaces and 4 institutions. The themes explored include memory, identity, migration, and personal connections. In addition, the festival features a rich programme of parallel activities: guided tours, artist talks, performances and screenings, fostering interaction between creators and audiences.
