    As its name suggests, the European Nomadic Biennial Manifesta 15 takes place every two years, and the city chosen for its 15th edition is Barcelona. This year, on the occasion of the Louis Vuitton 37th America's Cup, Sail IN is organizing a three-day event in Barcelona to promote the passion and values of sailing.
