The 21st Women's race, the Cursa de la Dona de Barcelona, will be held on Sunday 16th November. The race seeks to promote a healthy lifestyle among women with the aim of helping prevent breast cancer through early diagnosis. All registered participants will receive a pink commemorative T-shirt. .
