Piramidón. Centre d'art contemporani

Piramidón is a contemporary art centre founded in 1990 to support artists and provide them with a decent infrastructure in which to work and exhibit when faced with the instability of the art market and difficulties in finding studio space.

Since its inception, the centre has sought to bring contemporary art to the general public and anyone interested in the subject, and to promote and exhibit art in all its guises.

The centre has 18 studios for artists in residence, which allows visitors to meet and talk to them in person after seeing their exhibitions. Piramidón stages two types of exhibitions: group shows featuring one work by each artist, and solo shows.
