    The first market of this name dates from 1912. The current market was built in 1968 on the site of the former town hall of the borough of Sant Gervasi de Cassoles. It subsequently underwent a thorough refit that was completed in 2013. This small market in the uptown district of the city sells a wonderful array of carbon-neutral and organic produce. You can also sample a tasting menu featuring fresh produce from the market.
